Modify and Customize EyeOS (PHP/JavaScript)

EyeOS is installed and running on my server. I want it to be modified/customized to meet my unique needs. Some of these features may already be supported by EyeOS. 1. Anyone should be able to create a new account. 2. The administrator should be able to add the following to everyone's desktop: - an application - a folder - a file 3. All applications, folders and files added by the administrator should automatically be available and displayed on every user's desktop. 4. Nothing should be available to a user or displayed on their desktop unless the administrator adds it 5. If the administrator edits or changes anything, the desktop of every single user should be updated 6. The administrator should be able to change the desktop icon and name for any application, folder or file 7. The theme should be changed or modified from blue to green. I will provide a image to be used for the desktop background. 8. PHP/MySQL Help Desk Software should be installed and integrated with EyeOS. I will provide the PHP code for the Help Desk Software. 9. The Help Desk Software should be modified so that the user login will be managed by EyeOS. Please provide me with directions or training so I know how use the solution you provide.
