Magent Expert needed for iDEAL Payment Extension(s) Building

Dear programmers, We are a Webdesign Company located in The Netherlands. On a regular basis we build Magento e-Commerce Websites. Because we always have to integrate iDEAL payment possibility, we now always use (Paid) extensions from another party. We want to be able to have our own iDEAL payment extension. iDEAL is a Dutch (Instant) payment solution and all the major banks support it. There are Basic iDEAL packages and Advanced. Also there are several for different banks. Ofcourse we would like the extensions for Magento 1.4 - 1.7. When there will be new Magento Versions released, then we would like new updated extensions for this. **The job itself;** We have several of the paid extenions from another developer, so you can see how this works and perhaps use the extensions and COMPLETELY rebuild them in code, but keep the same functionalities. This so nobody can tell that their code is used / inspired by. This should be pretty easy for an Magento Export. In addition we would also need a License key system integrated in the Extensions, so they can be used only 1 time. The timeline for this project is about 30~45 days. The budget is about EURO 1500~1800. We are looking for a EXPERT that can build these iDEAL Extensions for us, as we are novice Magento builders ourselves, we ONLY want Magento EXPERTS to respond. We want to see previous build extensions, se we can judge for ourselves if the developer is qualified enough. We are looking forward to your bids!
