jquery images slider bugs IE and non IE

hello all, this is the project to fix bugs in browser for my image slider. the Image slider is already done but there are still some bugs need to be fix hereby the bugs: NON IE: when the website is loaded, you cannot click directly to the tabs, the image slider need to run 1st slide and then you can click on the tab. In IE: if you click on an tab it becomes active but the image does not slide, we need to wait couple of sec then it slides. please put NO BOT if not your bid will not be consider. please let me know if you have question , ill send the link via msg,.
