I have created a web template in photoshop. What I'm looking for is someone who can "cut" the site - code it into HTML, style it according to the provided graphic, and make sure it works in PC IE 5+, Mac IE 5+, Netscape / Mozilla, and Opera. I would prefer it if the developer makes the site using Divs and spans rather than tables, using as much css1 as possible. I will provide the cut graphics directly from photoshop, since I had to merge 3 separate files to come up with the master copy. The purpose for this project is to create a web template, which I will use to create other pages on the site. Please ask me any questions you might have. I have uploaded the jpg of the final design.
