Facebook auto friend invite and add to group page

I require some programming work done that can achieve the following: 1) Take a list of Facebook user ids and use them to send a friend invite from a given Facebook profile assuming they are not already friended. The list of user ids can be provided in any form you like (ie txt, xml, json, mysql). The list will never be any longer than 120 ids. 2) Next step is to check who in that list is a friend and whether they are in a given group page. If a friend but not in the group page then have them added to that group page. 3) Final step is to check who is in the group page that is not in the list. Anyone not in the list should then be removed from the group page. I am open to various methods of implementing this. I would prefer it to be pretty much completely automatic. Such as it being able to be run from a cron job at set intervals (my preferred method).
