e107 cms competition plugin

We need a plugin to our cms system e107 with php and mysql We need a fast programmer with knowledge in develoment based on e107 code. We need fast delevery and good communication. Please master English.... When you bid on this project you will have to make a beta version for us to see whitin 2-3 days. Then we will tell you if there are any changes to be made to get the project finished. This plugin is for our fun/game site. We need a page where a user can sign up in different competitions. Based on categories. The user will open the competition from a external page, but the page should be on our site with frames (new window with "next competition" etc. features). When the user have completed the signup the user will be credited with points. A affiliate/referal system is also needed. Admin features : Add competition with "sign up" url and "end" url, points for signup and % for referrals comission, edit and delete. The user will only be credited with points when the signup is completed and the "end url" is reached. afterwords the competition is no longer active for the user. A log file containg the completed competitions from the user must be created to prevent cheating. When the user has reached xxx ponts he will be granted acces to the referal system and be able to earn cosmission of the referals. This goes for all user ofcourse. When this is achieved a button will flash on the users main page unlocking the new features (Referral) User information page : User can see Points, referal comission, html code for referal and banners, invite a friend, and a withdraw button (This button is only active when the user has xxx points) This button will send a email request to us. We need a fresh design and we have a icon pack you can use if you want. The only demand is pure and simple design in the frontend. Backend/admin is not important. Top10 users (most points) module to put on front page with reset function in admin area. A English launage file is needed so we can translate it to other languages. We are looking for a long term partnership with some skilled programmers, if you can do this job we will hire you in future projects and we pay 8-10$ per hour.
