Search engine script

I look one script that work as on simple "search engine". The main resource is that script scan (search) all links of one website (maybe can work with levels, 4 mains levels or more, 8 leveles for example). I need one application simple that I can input on URL and the application search (scan) all links/pages this URL, returning the URL complete and description (meta tags). I prefer PHP, but I open for JAVA or Python. Please send bind only if you have some experience with one application of "search engine".
