We are looking for an application developer to create a Java application that will communicate with a GSM network to perform USSD transactions. The application will enable customers to send funds to a mobile phone from our website. The application should have the ability to send USSD short code from a GSM modem to a GSM network. It should have the ability to automatically respond to menu items to complete a transaction. Please view the attached PDF file for more details about how application should work.
