2 complete Wordpress templates

Dear web developers, I am reposting my Wordpress project because I am affraid I was not clear enough in my first attempt. Please do not rush and read all the requirements before posting, I will wait at least 24 hours before I start even looking at the bids. We are a young Chilean piping company which wants its website to look just like the 200-year company Georg Fisher. To achieve this goal, this project consists of the total new design of 2 full web templates implemented in Wordpress: Template 1, Corporate site “Tridente”: about 80 layouts, almost all functionalities of website [login to view URL] Template 2, Piping division “Tecpipe”: about 40 layouts, almost all functionalities of website [login to view URL] In order for selected freelancer to know what do I mean by “almost all” functionalities, please check the uploaded site [login to view URL] file, where I attempt to show you the map of the 2 templates you will have to build in terms of the 2 Georg fisher references. Each of the 80 + 40 full functional layouts required for the 2 templates will have to be built from scratch. The project must be fully implemented in Wordpress, and all contents must be easily entried and modified by the web administrator (which is me, a Wordpress rookie), from backend. This project consists of building a fully functional skeleton for the 2 websites. The content generation is out of the scope of the project, I will only require that the heading of each layout matches the title in the uploaded site [login to view URL] file. Server and hosting issues are out of the scope of this project. This project consist of two stages 1. Design approval (30% milestone): Each of the 80 + 40 layouts is pretty similar to one of the 13 layouts quoted in the uploaded [login to view URL] file. In this first stake, selected freelancer will design and build 13 full functional layouts, one for each screenshot. In the uploaded files I provide you our corporate logo and colors, you will have to slightly modify these 13 layouts to make them look like ours. In this stage, please be aware of: 1.1 I will ask you two versions of these 13 layouts, one in white background and black lettering and other in black background and white lettering (plus our corporate yellow in both cases) 1.2 One of these 13 layouts is a CAD library ([login to view URL]). I need full functionality in the submenus at the left side to manage all the contents, add new categories/subcategories and upload CAD files and for the user to easily navigate. I do NOT need the fancy rotating functionalities to show the pieces, I just want our users to see the picture of each CAD file and to be able of downloading it 1.3 One of these 13 layouts is a map ([login to view URL]). I will a mechanism on backend to upload our international offices in one tag and international projects in other tag 1.4 One of these 13 layouts is a nice image pointers ([login to view URL]). I will also need a system to display my images and my own pointers 2. Template building (70% milestone): once the design of the previous 13 layouts is approved, selected freelancer will have to build the 2 templates and their corresponding 80 + 40 (approximately) full functional layouts according to the approved design and the file site map.xls. Please be aware that I will need all functions, futures and inner pages of the Georg Fisher site (Job, news, vision, contacts and so on).
