newly launched web newssite needs to eblast daily newsers to readers. look at our site, get a feel for what we are, which is a progressive african american 'new jack millennium' news site, think USA Today expanded with Black news you will design a one page newsletter that can be blasted daily newsletter must be professional and something you'd expect to receive from cnn or the new york times we're fine with using a predesigned template or one already in use we have up to ten different email dbases for our different types of registered readers. total emails approximately 1500 you will upload each dbase separately, send the newsletter to each separate dbase, track for bounces, report bounces to us daily, and delete unsubscribes as soon as we report them to you we have our own email address which you will use as the from address. we supply the subject we prefer someone who has an eblast service in place so we can review eblasts you have done, however we will consider someone who has the ability to implement this service immediately. someone who has or access to dbases similar to our target market, which is african american, and is willing to send our eblasts to those dbases to introduce them to our site also will be looked at favorably this bid is for 7 days (one week) of service - blasting one newsletter per day HOWEVER before bid is awarded we must agree on a monthly price for blasting daily newsletter, plus occasional ebalsts to one or more of our dbases during the month it makes no sense for us to try someone we are not going to use thereafter communication is important to us if you are not the type to keep the buyer informed and respond quickly to messages, please do not bid also as we are in an american time zone, we need someone who is willing to have some availability during american cst hours (like late afternoon to late evening) want to get service up and going asap so early bidders will be considered even if deadline has not expired ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
