Create Virtuamart Theme from PSD file

I require a Joomla/Virtuamart expert to create a virtuamart theme. I have attached an example of how the theme should look, the theme should look exactly as shown on the attached documents. In total there will be three pages - front page,catagory page and product page. The PSD with the layers will be supplied to you for all three pages. If you can show me examples of work that you have completed, then the job is yours. We are looking for a long term relationship with the winner of the bid to continually improve on the look of the site. Bidders must be able to speak English well and must reply to e-mails within 24 hours. The final theme should be given to me with exclusive rights, no other website may have this theme. To summarize: 1) Create 3 page virtuamart theme from example supplied. 2) Show me examples of your work. 3) PSD files will be supplied to you. 4) Must speak English well and reply to e-mails within 24 hours. 5) I must own the template exclusively.
