Complete Website for Non Profit Organization

I have started designing a new website for a non profit organization. I have entered most of the content but there is a lot of graphic work that needs to be done. I purchased a theme which interacts with various plugins and widgets but there are some customizations that need to be done as well. Some of the things that we would like to implement are: - Christmas Parade Sign up Forms. I need to create a registration so that when users sign up and enter their information, the information is transferred to a database (through a CSV file) to the admin panel, which can then be downloaded to one document. - Customize the placement of the widgets on the homepage - When website is complete, back up and transfer to alternate hosting - Customize current color scheme for website. The information listed above is just a few of the things that we would like done on the site. There are other things to be done which I have not listed here. I need to work with an experienced WordPress programmer and website designer, as I will only accept offers from candidates who can complete in one week. Serious inquiries please. Regards,
