Need site updated/finished

Our site [login to view URL] is semi-developed. The guy originally doing the work has gone AWOL and we can't find him. We now need to quickly put the finishing touches and get the site live. I don't have any of the PSD files so you will be expected to improvise as necessary. Everything that needs fixing in mentioned clearly in the deliverables. ## Deliverables Here are the things that need fixing. a> The flash animation on the main page interferes with the drop down menus. Sometimes when you are trying to click something on them the menu disappears. However if you simply click the flash animation this problem goes away. Please do something to fix that. b> The flash animation is too big (2.5 MB) We need to either make it smaller or get another smaller one. c> Change the color of the "Get ready to be pampered" txt in the animation if we're keeping this animation. It's difficult to read. d> On the home page, the area below the flash animation needs to be redone with the bonuses. Better quality of work is needed there. The quality of design below the flash needs to match the quality above. I also need 2 versions of the home page. One version is with all the bonuses mentioned right now and the other version is with just 2 bonuses. $ 10 free chip & 50% signup bonus. e> Insert a "login" on the top right hand corner of the page. For now it can just be a simple Username/password thing that doesn't go anywhere (must be done tastefully of course) f> For the flash animation, we need a "loading" thing that shows the animation is loading with a bar that expands with the % loaded in the middle or something like you see on most flash animations. g> Make an FAQ page. Template/material will be provided h> Make Terms & Conditions. Template/material will be provided i> Develop bonus page (the page you develop should match the "bonus design" you do at the bottom of the home page) Template/material will be provided k> Under the "banking" menu, combine the deposit and withdrawal page into 1 page called "Deposits & Withdrawals" Template/material will be provided l> Develop an index page that everyone visiting the site will first hit. Through this page, we should ascertain if the visitor has the right version of flash installed. If not, he should be prompted to install it and then taken to the current index page. If he does have the right flash, he should automatically go to the current index page. l> [login to view URL] is a page provided to us by our software provider. We need to remove all mention of the other casino and incorporate the pampercasino menu/logo on the top instead of venice nights and make the page look nicer in general without messing with the code. One additional note. Feel free to use lots and lots of flash. Since the casino software is in flash all the customers will need to have it to play so it only makes sense to use as much Flash as possible in the design. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
