Graphical Website required for oddsandends.ie

[login to view URL] requires a graphical web page to be designed. The front end should be made with flash and pull pre-written data from a mysql database. Content is mostly text but will also contain pictures and videos when necessary (possibly linking from other sites). The website is to be used as a update to multiple websites which co-exist and need pulling together. All we have is the text and this is still in development. Will require a interface to be built for customers to sign up and view certain content. Also will require a back end system for easy manipulation and website updates. Posting new topics etc etc. There will be a forum area for people who sign up to comment on posts. The majority of posts are poems, and related news content in the media refrained to a small society of people. There will need to be basic administration levels... Top level - 2 site administrators Activists - Various Administrators of just a specific area of the website Moderators - Numorous moderators who delete and maintain.. accept posts. Customer - normal consumer who is signed up Basic - non-signed user
