111042 Flash Wheel Of Fortune Variant

This project involves: - Making a flash application that displays in nice flash graphics a wheel of fortune (like the TV show) but instead of money awards, every field on the wheel of fortune should be a clickable banner instead. In other words, every field should be a banner linking to a certain website. - Banners should be the normal format : 468 X 60 banners - The top half of the wheel of ads should be covered with a non-transparent graphic (= logo saying ""Wheel Of Ads!" preferably in 3D letters) so nobody can see the banners in the covered area. This to allow unlimited adding of banners. Otherwise the wheel of ads would be limited to maybe 8-12 banners and then be completely full. But since the top half is covered, unlimited banners can be added out of a database. Database is created by coder. - Administrator of the site should have an admin login page where he can add/delete/edit banners and add titles to the banners so it says a predefined text when a visitor hovers over the banner. - Since wheel of ads is a circle, banners will be a little transformed (bigger width on outside, smaller width within the circle) This is normal and to be expected. The flash coding will automatically adjust the banners to fit in the wheel. - If no banner is added to a certain field then a default banner should be shown. (decided by admin in admin page) - The wheel of ads should always be turning (slowly) so it constantly shows banners that are in the database. Banners get loaded in sequence. No random function is necessary for the order in which the banners are being shown. But when a visitor opens the site it will randomly decide what banner in the database the sequence will start on. For example: Person x opens the site. Banner 14 is shown, then 15, 16, 17, 18 and so on. Person Y opens the site. Banner 254 is shown, then 255, 256, 257 and so on. Person Z opens the site. Banner 3 is shown, then 4, 5, 6 and so on. - The flash application should have a virtual person standing next to the wheel of ads. The center of the wheel of ads (smaller circle) should have the text "Spin The Wheel!" (preferably in 3D letters) and it should be a button. When visitors to the site click on that button, the virtual person will spin the wheel of ads. This will make a spinning sound and speed up the movement of the banners by 400% for 10 seconds and then slowing back down to 100% speed. (see above) - The total view of the "wheel of ads" should be completely visible in a 800X600 resolution. That's it really. Ofcourse the flash application needs to look great since its supposed to attract marketers to add their banners to the "wheel of ads".
