Fast help to add functionalities on video for WP site

We're preparing a webtv that has to be interactive in some of the videos on demand (clicking on a hotspot must open a slidedeck, with aditional info and links); we have bought a tool - HotFlashVideo - that does so, but we need someone able to organize the steps for us to make it simple to change the hotspots links, to create a standard action and other stuff. We have models to show of what we want to mimick... It's rather simple, for anyone with Flash skills. Again: we have already bought the tool, but need someone to put it running anto d show us how to do it repeatedly, and also develop the 'slide label' where the aditional info triggered by the hotspots will be housed.
