Website for sharing documents and notes

We need a website that will enable businesses to share “already created?? documents with their customers in a secure and easy way. Besides sharing documents, businesses and their customers should be able to communicate with each other using simple email kind of functionality as well. The website should support functionality to register businesses and the businesses should in turn create customers to exchange documents and notes. Preferred technology to use is MySql with PHP. We will provide the database design and basic screen layout. There are two attachments: [login to view URL] - This is very basic and not complete. But this will give you a basic idea what we are talking about. [login to view URL] - These are high level requirements and you should be able to figure out the functionality that we need and what kind of screens will be developed to meet these requirements. We can only provide detail specs and database design once bid is finalized as they are not ready yet. Let us know how much more information is needed to place a reasonable bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. These two files will give a little more idea what we need. Screens are just very basic and in no way look like these once done. And we will have more screens eventually once all specs are finalized. This is to get a better idea about the website. I will post final specs only after I finalize the contract as the specs are not ready yet. If you feel this is not good enough to give estimates let me know. Thanks! ## Platform We should be able to host this on linux/mysql/php servers. It should work with latest browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc.
