"Website Expansion" Project Scope I have outlined below the results I want to achieve. I would like to know what a solution would look like, what it would cost, and the time frame this project could be done in, etc. I am open to suggestions. The only element on a specific timeline is the bookstore, which I need functional by early September. The results I want to achieve are: - to sell products online to our readers (books, ebooks and merchandise ??" under 500 items) from our website - be able capture emails of readers who visit our website, so we can send them a monthly newsletter - create places on our website where businesses can advertise - create a section where we can place articles on topics appealing to our readers - upgrade the website to look more professional, but be very user friendly, clean and uncluttered - automate wherever possible ??" open to suggestions! - add online sign up capability for readers wanting to get their Readership Club discount card ??" currently they need to print off a form and mail or fax it in… would like to automate it so they can apply on line and their order is forwarded to our office so someone can mail out their card. - Optimize website - earn additional passive income through links to affiliates, click through ads, etc…?? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
