Webdeveloper/designer needed - 3 to 4 simple pages

Hello Thanks for taking the time to look at this.. Webdeveloper/designer needed, to create a fairly simple CSS site design ( 3-4 different pages at the most ). The design has to be simple and the code clean. It is intended for a php site, so the final code should contain some Smarty syntax also ( we will provide the necessary variables ), and it should be broken down into template files ( eg. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ) which will form the pages together. XHTML 1.1 is a plus, although it's not a necessity. After the design is created and integrated into our site, we will need a few variations on it (different colors, images, pictures, header, buttons , CSS, etc.) We will need more designs as soon as you finish these tasks, but for now, please bid for one site, with, let's say, 10 variations. We will provide example sites and smarty variab I look forward to hearing from you Thanks Mark ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
