trucking company search (database project)

I need a ASP or PHP program that will; 1) allow users to search for trucking companies 2) has an administrator sign in for add, edit, and delete function Scope of Work: - Admin Login, logout, change password - Manage Company (Add/edit/delete) - Client Side Search Page - Search Result listing page - Company details page for full company description and logo - Add trucker form (for users) - Using Linux and MySQL database **Manage Company (admin access only) **Logo (to upload images in jpg, gif, or pdf format, max size: 250px by 250 px); Name; Type (check boxes / able to select multiple); Equipment (check boxes / able to select multiple); Cargo Location (drop down menu); telephone; fax; address; city; state (drop done menu); Zip Code(number only); email (can only accept valid email format); website; Details (text box / allows html) **Client Side Search **- Company Name; - Type (check boxes / able to select multiple / required) - Equipment (check boxes / able to select multiple) - Cargo Location (drop down menu) - City - State (drop down menu / required) - Zip Code **Results List (sorts by all fields) **Brings back the following: Logo, company name, type (will list all that were checked), equipment(will list all that were checked), cargo location, telephone, email, details link. Details link opens a small new window. **Company details window **Details window will have all completed info of logo, company name, type, equipment, cargo location, states served, telephone, fax, email, website, and details text. **Add Trucker form (for trucker who wish to be listed) **- will be inactive - allow jpg and gif logo to be uploaded - allows admin to allow, edit, or decline - or can simply go to my email ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
