Simple Sign-up form

Hi there, We are creating a new website. Later, we will do all the design etc. For now, we just want you to create a simple sign-up form (and a login form below it). We don’t know the best programs etc. to use to do this, so if you bid, please let us know which system etc. you recommend, thanks a lot. There should also be a link in the email, back to the login page. When they login, they will be directed to their personal members page, and at the top should be displayed “Hi {firstname}?? This will be the end of this first job. If you do a good job, we would like you to continue to work with us to create the members page etc. This will be a big job, so we need someone honest, who would like to work with us for a long-term project.
