Simple Satcom site

I need three web pages: Page 1 - I need frames set up so I can use my administrative access to add pictures (up to 20) and prices for products, and add text blocks so I can add, delete and edit text and upload videos. Once we agree to work together I can send you a sample page. Page 2 is an order form that I currently have in Excel format. The user will choose the products by typing in a number in the quantity field, fill in thier name address, etc and shipping address. I need SSL because we ask for a credit card. When the user clicks submit, I need the information e-mailed to me. There is no shopping cart needed becasue we need to review all orders prior to acceptance Page 3 will be exactly except with different pricing. We'll need links from the front page to both order pages via an ORDER NOW! button. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I have my domain registered and hosted with GoDaddy and I operate in a Windows environment. I use Windows XP Professional. I amunsure what we run on our server.
