Simple ebay buyers tool

I would like someone to design a very simple ebay buyer’s tool that would run as a small window on the desktop. Depending on how it was set this would show changing thumbnails and titles of the top 2 current auction items or be alterable to just showing an ‘on’ icon. It would then create a single, real time sonic alert, say 5 minutes before an auction ends. It would then allow me a single-click option to open a larger bubble to view the auction details, and a further option to make a single-click sniper ‘bid’ for a pre-set amount over the minimum auction price (say 10 percent) via an interface direct to my auction sniper account ([[login to view URL]][1]). The variables for the ebay search would include the category, subcategory, search term(s), maximum price, and ‘search title and description.’ I would also like the same app to be switchable to cover newly listed buy-it-now items that arrive below a maximum price… My intended personal use for this app is as a convenient way of looking for cheap tickets for events where I live. I have listed it as a small business project in case I decide I can market it on ebay too... All suggestions about feasibility and budget are welcome. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PC with Windows XP and broadband
