RTF to HTML Converter

This project is to create a C# method with the following footprint: Public string ConvertRtfToHtml(string rtfText) The method takes in an RTF text string and returns an equivalent HTML text string with fonts, colors, tables, bullets, etc. all entact (meaning the text looks the same in the HTML version as it did in the RTF version). In RTF, it's possible to embed files (like pictures and such). That information (embedded pictures and files) can be skipped. However, I need an additional method that says whether or not an RTF string contains any embedded objects. Public bool RtfContainsEmbeddedObject(string rtfText) The RTF specs can be found on [login to view URL] by searching for RTF (V1.7 is the one to use). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All work must be in C#.NET and the source code must compile using the [login to view URL] 2003 compiler. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
