phpBB3 Portal Site - Modifications

I have set up a website using phpbb3 and phpbb3portal has been installed. I have some changes I would like to have done, and they are described below. Some are pretty simple and would take just a minute or two each! 1. Set proper time in ACP to Eastern Time Zone. 2. Add new header image. 3. Move standard search box into a new square beneath the header image, and add a secondary search button. I will explain more to the winning bidder and show an example of what I want that is already in use at another site I run. 4. Install a new style with square edges, ([login to view URL]) on the site. 5. Change width of site to about 850 pixels wide. 6. Add several blocks, and remove a few, to the portal. These blocks will contain RSS feed info. I will explain more to the winning bidder and show an example of what I want that is already in use at another site I run. Blocks will contain Weather and METAR info, and be similar to another site I run. Foreign exchange rates and stock quotes will also be new blocks. 7. Add a link/construct 3 pages on the site similar to: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 8. Adjust Recent Topics block to only show Recent Topics that users have posted. 9. Rearrange various blocks according to my instruction. All of this should be fairly simpler for any PHPBB coder. I could do some of the easy stuff myself but I just don't have the time right now. I have already installed phpbb3portal. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
