Need 5 Web Site Templates

I need 5 high quality web design templates created. In my examples below, I have provided many ideas of templates that I like. These are all from [login to view URL], and I realize that I can buy these templates from them quite inexpensively but these need to be able to be given away free to our customers and that is not an option if ordered from [login to view URL] These templates are going to be used for internet marketing single product sites that are usually comprised of a single page "sales letter" with a graphic header at the top which is the main image on the page. Each template will need to have the following .html pages: Main Page ([login to view URL]) Contact Us ([login to view URL]) Order Now ([login to view URL]) * A Blank Template ([login to view URL]) Note: I also need the page to support one of the following, but not both: F.A.Q. ([login to view URL]) Affiliates ([login to view URL]) The options for graphic button text would be: Main Page Contact Us Order Now * F.A.Q and/or Affiliates * That is just in case the person using the template does not have an affiliate program. If not, they choose the one with the FAQ graphic/[login to view URL] page in it's place. Here's an example of a "sales letter" page in case you're not sure what I mean: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Create 5 templates that are high quality, which look as good as the examples provided. 2) Send those to me upon completion in .zip format with all .html pages, .gif or .jpg images, .psd files, the font name that was used and any CSS tags used if applicable. The raw graphic files must be in .psd format with individual layers intact. The html pages that make up each template must be editable in Dreamweaver or Frontpage. No .dwt files please. The .gif/.jpg images must be fast loading. 3) Each page must have the required .html pages/graphic button text as requested. 4) Included in each .zip file with the template inside, you'll include the additional optional button that says "Affiliates" and 1 totally blank button from the navigation menu, for custom text. 5) We will retain all rights to the templates and the .psd design files that make up the template designs. ## Platform Files must be able to be edited in Dreamweaver or FrontPage. Raw graphics in Photoshop .psd format. ## Deadline information I need the first template within 7 days of starting. Ideally, if you can submit 1 template per week with 2 being sent the last week for a total of 5 it would be great. I will need to see some existing examples of similar high quality templates you've designed. I cannot choose someone without having seen what kind of designs they are capable of. Thanks!
