Make PHPNUKE BLOCK stand alone

There is a scores block for phpnuke that I want to have converted to standalone. I have tried but unseccessully done this. The scores block will be attached here. I want to be able to use this on my site by using a phpinclude command here is an example of what the scores look like when it is being used by phpnuke: <[login to view URL]> I want the file to be called [login to view URL] and placed in my root folder My knowledge of PHP is extremely small. I know that this can be done easily and fast by someone with knowledge.
