Gift certificate order form (need help finishing, mostly done)

This project was started before Christmas. The coder seems to have disappeared. It's mostly done, but a few issues remain to be fixed. Order page is at [login to view URL] The idea behind the form is to allow visitors to order gift subscriptions for a magazine. The recipient will get an email with an embedded jpg image that looks like a gift certificate. The jpg will have the FROM and TO areas filled in (this part works already). This image can be viewed at [login to view URL] The order form is written with Smarty templates and PHP. It sends out 3 emails, one to the recipient, one to the person placing the order, and one to the site owner with a notification about the order that was placed. Currently the whole thing works, pretty much. We need to fix a couple of small items. A couple of the drop down menu's need to have their default selected item changed, a couple of fields in the emails generated are switched around, and on the emails sent out, the numbers do not default to a [login to view URL] format, if there are trailing 0's, they are not displayed. Finally, we need to add PGP encryption to the form so the credit card numbers collected are not sent in plain text. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Order form resides on Linux, PHP, Smarty based host.
