Friendster like ''Social Network''

We are looking to develop a [login to view URL] replica with some minor modifications. We prefer PHP/MySQL. We currently have a points program where each member is given a unique refID every time they send an email to a friend who signs up they receive points. We need to be able to use the same structure as well as add some other links to give members ways to receive points: Example: Click this link receive 20 points however we don’t want the member to be able to click the link as much as they want to raise there point total just to click once to get points. Now obviously there needs to be an admin section to add, edit, remove members. One other portion of the site is to offer businesses the ability to advertise their company. Example: Businesses who we sell our services to will be able to create a page with logo picture and information about their offer. Then members can click a link to go to these business pages to receive points. This will be a second phase of the project I will go into more detail later. However be aware that we plan to make slight additions and modifications as we move along. For now I need a quote on the friendster clone with minor mods.
