Drupal check out customization

We need a few changes and corrections on an existing check out module on the Drupal platform. VAT calculations have to be changed and some sections have to be moved. < ## Deliverables Briefing for fixing a check out page on Dolcevia.com. [login to view URL] We need some changes on this page. I have added two screen shots. In the check out module (with above URL) the general rule must be: Billing information including or excluding VAT number 1. Including VAT number ??" follows with product price + 0 rated VAT = price to pay 2. Excluding VAT number ??" follows with product price + 21% VAT = price to pay The check out page recognizes that when a VAT number is correctly included in the billing address it will automatically default to a 0 rated VAT (case 1). In all other cases, where no VAT number has been added, defaults to case 2 and adds 21% VAT automatically. But it does not show up in the cart content. This should be checked and corrected where necessary. Cart contents, should be listed as follows in case 1: Qty Products Price ex VAT VAT 0 rated Price 1 Listing 75 (75x0%) = 0 75 Total check out 75 Cart contents, should be listed as follows in case 2: Qty Products Price ex VAT VAT 21% Price 1 Listing 75 (75x21%) = 15.75 90.75 Total check out 75 (Whereby the formulas will not be visible of course) The section with ‘Customer information’ and ‘Billing address’ (now at the bottom of the page) should be above the ’Cart Content’ section, because this is where people fill in their VAT number. When they filled out the VAT number the VAT calculation should change from 21% to 0%. The total price at check out should be forwarded to the Paypal module. On our form after ‘Payment method’ it repeats the ‘order preview’, which is not necessary, this may be deleted there, but make sure it is not linked to something else. If it is mandatory be included on the form then please make sure the calculations are right. At the moment it shows the wrong amounts . The three sections ‘Delivery terms’; ‘Order Invoice’ and ‘VAT’ have to moved to the bottom of the page, below ‘Coupon discount’.
