changes on form, saving data in mysql

We would like to add a function to our current form which sends the info an e-mail address. Add the function of saving the data in a mysql-database. The form is original used in Joomla, so it would be best if there are no changes to the form.html-file, only process3.php. When clicking on submit, an e-mail is sent AND data saved in a MYSQL DB. The data should be saved in one table called "skjema": date and time of submitting ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL], 24-hour clock), navn, epost, tlf, eposte, ringmeg, message, fant. You will get access to a testsite and mysql/phpmyadmin. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
