Betbull Racing/Football software

I am look for software which will interface with the Betbull website (similar to Betdaq) and mimics other programs already available for Betfair (see BetAngel and Bet IE).? Interested primarily in functions related to horse racing and football.? One-click wagering, tracking of multiple horses on one screen, hedging, automated wagers at set prices, etc.? I am interested in one copy only of this program for personal use - programmer may do as he/she pleases with it.
