asp.NET updates + admin tool for SQL database

I am looking for a quick turnaround for a project due June 15 to make updates on a site written in asp.NET C#. The updates include changes to the application page, changes to the SQL database, and changes to the confirmation email along with adding an admin tool to allow the client to distribute leads to his sales team. I have a similar site in functionality that is in beta. I also have the source code that could possibly be reused for this project. At a minimum, it would demonstrate the desired functionality for the admin area. I will need two levels of access to the admin page. (Level 1)Super user will have access to all information while the Level 2 user will only have access to a defined set of fields and records. A broad overview of the desired functionality is as follows: User visits website, fills out application, this information is posted to new admin area. Simulataneosly, confirmation email is sent to user. The client also receives an alert email with the user name, address and phone number to notify them that they have a new lead. Currently, this email also gives a score for the quality of the lead based there answers to the questions. This will need to be readjusted based upon new questions in application. After receiving the lead, clients logs in to view new leads, opens lead and then selects from a drop down menu who he would like to send this too. Also, on this same page will be an area where users can add comments to the specific record. This information will be time stamped. User will then also have the option to CC someone about the comments that were just entered. This email will then be sent to those people with a link back to the site to view updated comments. We need the ability to sort leads by name, date submitted, realtor, zipcode. The Level 1 user will also need to have the ability to add new sales team member into the drop down menu which will contain their email address. Finally, the existing database will need to be upload to the admin area as well. Please view attached images to get a better understanding of admin requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape".
