ONLY Joomla 3.x developers with responsive experience and stylish website design based on the Twitter Bootstrap Jumbotron look and feel need to apply for this work. We require weather pages with all the same functions as URL: [login to view URL] To be installed into our "under construction" Joomla website URL: [login to view URL] We require samples of previous work in the same areas of weather pages / apps / components. Main menu item will be Weather and take the user to a new page. Work will be carried out on our server with menu item Weather set to Super Administrator access only to keep it away from the public view while being developed / installed. Joomla component will be used/designed so we can add and remove towns from the lists on the weather page. Layout will follow the existing [login to view URL] site template and the weather section will be located in the Main Body position. All programming will be completed in strict compliance with Joomla, Gantry and Rocket Theme Documentation. Live free feed will be sourced by you to continually update the data and must come from a reliable source such as [login to view URL] which is sourced from [login to view URL] The source feed is to be confirmed with us once you have selected the feed. Registered users: If a registered user selects a town to show current data, the site will remember these settings for their next visit to the site and show their town as the default. Australia will be the default weather data as per the [login to view URL] site. Option for International weather to be provided also by search feature and / or a world map to click on. You will be required to style the pages to align with the style of the site. We require 3 sample option layouts before style is set and built. Must be responsive on all screen sizes from large desktop screens to small iphone, android and other devices. Custom CSS over-rides MUST be placed in our custom CSS template file under /* weather */ heading FTP updates will be coordinated with us before any updates are uploaded to the server to stop any over writing of files. Our current site is: CMS: Joomla 3.3.6 Framework: Gantry Template: Rocket Theme - Chimera A set time-frame is required in your bid. STRICT PAYMENT MILESTONES 10% Deposit to start work 20% at satisfactory completion of sample layouts, acceptance of weather update feed source, acceptance of weather component layout/features/type. 50% at completion of total integration to our live site (site will be live 11th November) 20% 1 week after completion for testing purposes.
