13583 OpenRealty Installation

I have a client website with an old installation of OpenRealty on it. Since this version is so old, it is no longer working. I need the most recent version of OpenRealty installed. (Which is free, open-source software) and I need the templates modified to match the look and feel of his current site. I also need his current listings data maintained and in the new system so that he doesn't have to start fresh with new stuff. I also need this completed today. The server is a Linux box. Thanks!
