Need customizations created for our site through our admin area's API (hasoffers.com API) and a custom emailing system for communication with our affiliates backoffice API

Project Description: ****If you are Flaky please do not bid...we have worked with enough flaky programmers (LOL). this is a project that will require full attention and we will need full steady communication throughout the project. So if you are the type of person that disappears for days at a time...please do not bid as it will not work out. We are easy to work with and generous but need it done in a timely fashion. We have an affiliate marketing site that we'd like to add some Freebie incentivized site features to along with building an email system where we can select all, groups, or individual affiliates and email them one or many of their unique promotional links (this data would have to be queried from the [login to view URL] API as each affiliate has a unique link for each offer in our network). We also will need another couple items completed, see below... All Items- 1. Need one of our other domains to have the ability to add query strings and append variables to all URL's on that domain. 2. Feature to where when someone registers in our affiliate network, it sends an HTML email to them that we can change /customize on the fly as needed. 3. Feature that allows us to be able to select individuals, groups or all affiliates and have it email them their unique tracking link/links for one or many offers in HTML. (see example images attached) 4. Feature that allows each affiliate to have a replicated page like [login to view URL] and the ability for them to check radio buttons next to a list of our offers and have and image and description of those offers show up on their replicated page so they can use it to promote and market with their unique tracking URL's attached to each offer they selected. 5. Other minor items to make each item work in clean moving parts. There is an opportunity for the right individual to have continued, sporadic work with us on our affiliate marketing site (through Freelancer).
