Magento Home Page Layout Change

I currently have a Magento website up and running, I would like some changes to the home page of the site ONLY, the sites layout is not going to change, just the individual page on the Magento backend. I've attached a screenshot of the site with my changes that are needed, the actual site is at [login to view URL] The main changes are as follows the newsletter subscribe in the footer moving to the section on the header and resizing to fit nicely like my image Facebook like box adding to the header as per new screenshot. along with icons for facebook/twitter. Images changing as per screenshot Best sellers (category) to appear on home page, limited to 16 products). Note: I have all images done and have the PSDs, PNG or JPGs PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE ABLE TO CARRY OUT THIS WORK TODAY Thanks
