Drupal developer required for new development and maintenance of existing drupal site

I am looking for a mid-senior level Drupal programmer, to take over the day-to-day development tasks of an existing Drupal 6 (pressflow) site. This is a great project with lots of room to skill up on new technologies and expand your Drupal repertoire. In the short term we have a specific list of tasks around interface improvement, solr integration and performance optimization with varnish. In the long term we are looking for a solid relationship to help us with: - XML/API integration with third party systems - Mobile site and app development (if you do not have the requisite skills here this is not a deal breaker) - Upgrading of drupal core To be eligible you must have solid experience using Drupal 6 (pressflow ideally), apache solr and ideally varnish http accelerator. Our release process is managed using subversion thus you must be capable of setting up a local development environment and work (where appropriate) with source control. I am specifically looking for someone who is comfortable with theming/css as well as back end module development - I will expect to see examples of well structured semantic CSS you have implemented. We work on a standard LAMP stack, so knowledge of server management will be an added bonus.
