CSS & jQeury Work on a nearly complete website

The first 2 task are to be completed on a page that is nearly complete. You will have to work with the current code. (further details will be given). After these tasks, all original functionality's should be retained. 1) When someone hovers over a thumbnail, edit and delete options should be available. 2) Create code to edit selected content and delete selected content. (will you require to work with my database) 3) Style a small header on this page. (more details will be given) The next task will be done on a page that is not yet complete. I will need some beautiful graphics. I will provide you with a .png that will show what I'm looking for. Mainly I will need some boxes positioned, to limit your work I will code the PHP for this page. 4) Position some CSS boxes The final task is to fix up my current CSS 5) Make main content box stretch all the way to footer. Currently the main box doesn't stretch to the bottom. 6) Make my pages look good on every screen size. Currently on some large computer screens the layout looks a little bit strange. Extra details: I will be looking through your portfolio's. This will ultimately decide if I award you the project. Skype contact is a must. You must set a deadline, If this deadline is not met I will ask that you cancel the project and return my milestone. I'm also looking for someone who can change an APC setting on my VPS.
