TCP connection migration(passing) among FreeBSD hosts

The goal of this project is to enable cooperating applications to migrate ownership of TCP connection endpoints (clients) from one FreeBSD server to other one. Although there are a LOT of ways to implement it, it should be done by modifying TCP/IP stack in the FreeBSD kernel to achieve a good performance of the function. Since this action of a migration of TCP connection should be done whenever the application needs to pass a connected TCP connection to other host, all procedure of it should be done via an appropriate application level API which communicates with the kernel. However, it should support 32 bit version of FreeBSD 6.2 as well. ## Deliverables 1. Modified full kernel source code, its patch file, a binary of API and a source code of API in C/C++. 2.
