Printer Activity Monitoring

I need a sample application (no code at this point. If your sample does the job I will post another project for the source code of the sample application) that is able to: - track all the print jobs sent to any printer from a client computer. A situation: I have an XP machine which has no printer connected to it but has 2 printers installed (one installed on a Windows 2003 and one LAN printer which is connected to using an IP address). The sample should run on the XP machine and track all the pages sent to all the printers installed and generate a report like: **Time name of the document pages printed printer name** So if I have a test network with 4 computers: 1. A Windows 98 without any printer connected to it 2. A Windows 2k without any printer connected to it 3. A Windows XP without any printer connected to it 4. A Windows 2002 with a laser printer connected to it which is shared and the other computers can send print jobs 5. A HP LAN printer on which the other 4 computers can send print jobs to it What I need is a sample application which will run on the 98, xp, 2k and 2003 machines and track all printing activities generated from that machine. On a local file a report will be kept. A report on the Windows 98 machine should look like ] **[Time] [name of the document] [pages printed] [printer name]** 01-11-2006 10:23:14 [login to view URL] 14 LAN PRINTER NAME 01-11-2006 11:23:12 [login to view URL] 14 LAN SHARED PRINTER NAME (which is connected to the windows 2003 machine) A similar report should be kept locally on each computer of the LAN.
