i need help on pattern recognition

i need someone who can help me in my project on pattern recognition topic. specifics: real-time security application in java/vc++, which can detect human forms in a still & can recognize events such as touching an article in a shop which is marked 'do not touch' or pickpocketing detection & issual of suitable alerts, or can give count of how many people are in the location covered by the still at any instant of time,etc. this basically involves human silhouette & human faces, though not specifically any particular person. i have abt 50 days time for this i.e till april end. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows 95+
