Mobile/Desktop SVG Libraries(repost)

We are creating 2 seperate SVG based codecs... yes I said codecs ;-) One is targeted to mobile devices and one if for desktop PC's. We will handle most of the codec side of things but you will need to work us on the integration of the library into our codec framework as well as porting it for directshow. I will only give 'finite' details to the winning bidder once an NDA has been signed. But here is an overview and requirements... 1 - You need to have 'base' SVG library 1 - The mobile library should be coded for C/ASM and be based on the Tiny SVG draft 1.2, See: <[login to view URL]> 2 - The desktop library should be coded for C/ASM and be based on the SVG FULL 1.2 Draft, SEE: <[login to view URL]> This is a LONG term multi-phase project and the winning bidder will 'own' the responsibilities of the libraries. This means LONG term (did I say that already?). We also know this is now easy task and that it will require time... we might also be convinced to bring in additional help to get this done. Code must be clean and well documented. There also must be NO open source components(no GPL, no LGPL, etc) BSD license is fine however. We will likely Open Source the library down the road once the 'heavy lifting' is done but till then we want to keep it 'clean'. Phase one deliverables will be for CE for the mobile library and Windows for the desktop library. NOTE: We are looking for a SVG 'CODING GURU' a 'TEAM LEADER' so know that in going forward, and please consider that 'if' you intend on bidding as we will ask many questions on your past SVG experience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CE, Palm , Symbian, BREW, Windows, Linux
