Finish Photoshop Plugin(repost)

We are in need of an experienced photoshop plugin developer. We have an application that was originally written in vb.net using photoshop's COM object to interlace images. We then attempted to port the vb.net application over to a photoshop AutomationFilter written in C++. Needless to say, we have some issues that we cannot seem to resolve. The GUI for the app is complete and the libraries for the actual interlace work are approximately 80% complete. I've attached a basic overview of the problems that we are having. Your job is to finish the other 20% of the application. Do to the fact that the application is currently commerially sold, I cannot provide the source in the bid itself. If you are qualified to do the job, let me know and I will provide you with both the C++ and VB.net code so that you can give me a bid. If you are selected for this project, I will most likely award you the job to port it over to the Mac, if you are interested in that as well. But for now, we are only concerned about getting it to work in windows. Rick ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
