==============Serious bidders only please==================
I need a small command line utility with which I can set brightness level of particular pixel on a LCD screen.
Let us name the utility as [login to view URL] then it will work like
[login to view URL] 60,70 0
It means, set the (x,y)=(60,70) to 0 brightness.
and
[login to view URL] 550, 800 2
sets? the (x,y)=(550,800) to 2 brightness.
You are free to use any language.
Let me know if you have any doubts.
## Deliverables
If you are using a third party library to do this. Then make sure the library is? licensed? to use under LGPL
Need not to say, LCD meant LCD screen of laptop.

Please do not confuse brightness of pixels with their RGB values. Brightness of screen is completely different than the colors of pixels of it.

None of you have come up with a plan yet. Before I award the bid, I want to see the algorithm (or set of APIs) used to achieve this. And to all those think black pixel is lesser bright then please do some home work because this not the case. Waiting for a quality developer
