252735 Book creation assis for kids

Softwere developer needed to create a very easy to software solution to help older childen make actual pages (which can be printed or saved in a file) for a book they want to create. The project is NOT to create online pages, but rather actual pages which can be printed or saved in a files, much like the Power Point Software, but much simpler and with greater interactive assist, and guidance as it is created for kids who need simple and more step by step assistance. The sofware needs to contain an interactive assist to help the children create the actual pages. We want to limit each page to accept: One photo upload option, text-prompted input of text option, and a very easy to use, software assisted step-by-step upload from scanner option- for scanned content to fit exactly into preset boxes (which limited number of box sizes- which the user will be able to pre-select prior to scannin and one or two sidded scan option). In addition, we need a Book Cover and Book Chapter assist. The Chapter/ Index assist which accepts titles and page numbers. More specific details have been uploaded in the attachment bellow. Esay to follow step, by step guided instructions and user assist to do so, is a HIGH priority, given the target users! We do NOT know what skills are needed by the programmer.
