ActiveX Thumbnail/Database Component Design (Updated)

We are looking for the development of a Media Management component that is based directly on a plug-in structure. The solution will need to be designed around an array components that complete our needs and allow us to expanded upon the design through future plug-ins. (See document for the a few of the components) We would like this done in C++ if possible, however if a VB version can be done without compromising to much speed this would be fine as well. Examples of some plug-ins will need to be provided in VB See document for more details... (Once development begins a spec sheet will be developed. Between us and the selected coder which outline all details.) ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable/component form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Exclusive rights to all developed code and components (Coder can not re-distribute any of the code or components without permission.) Coder must agree to a Non-Discloser Agreement regarding information related to the MDF project. Both parties are required to have a copy of the agreement before payment will be consented to. ## Platform Windows 98+, IE 4.0+ ## Deadline information E-mail updated versions to allow us to test each week.
