Texas Tournament Baseball needs an online registration and posting to the website “who’s coming?? page.? ? Must contain the following ? Team will sign up of a specific tournament.? These “tournaments?? need to be in a separate database that can be edited, added, deleted or mark inactivity.? It would be nice to be able to “copy?? a tournament to ease in the creation of others. ? Once teams have registered, the teams will be posted to a “who’s coming?? page sorted in tables based on Tournament:Age:Playing Division.? Teams need to be marked as “paid?? and have that information noted on the website by a font color change. ? We also must be able to run several administrative reports from the registered teams database. ? You can look at our old site [[login to view URL]][1] and see the process.? Once approved, the team would go onto a posted list with others that have also signed up.? VERY IMPORTANT: We used a color coding system on our Who’s Coming Page??.? When a team signs up and gives there “intent?? to play, they go in BLACK.? If they call or make arrangements to pay, they go in GREEN and if fully paid they will go up in RED.? Although we use this type of system…I’m open to something else, but it must be easy and very, very clear. It would also be nice for the teams to be able to see this on their “log in?? screens, so they can see what tournaments they have signed up for and which ones they need to pay for. ? Simply put…and manifest of teams for any one particular tournament.? It is very important that we can select the information we want to print, or we can have different reports to accomplish the task.? For example, an Admin person will need to know all of the information while a Site Director will only need team name, contact name and contact phone. §? ? ? ? ? ?
