Online Dating website

I need to have an online dating website built that resembles [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or any of the other big websites. I need it to have 3 levels of membership. Since we are just starting out, the database doesnt need to be too large, maybe 1000 or so, and that should help with the cost. I would like it to have a blog service installed on it as well. It should be self running, I just approve profiles and photos. I also need it to be set up for newbies, because I want to use all the functions I pay for, but I am not very experienced. I would like it to also have a coupon feature. There are more details, but it seems to mirror the bigger sites, so you can check them out to see what you need to do.
