VB.NET class to run a .SQL file

I am using SQL Server 2000. I need a VB.NET class object that will update client databases with changes that have been generated on the server. I am using SQL Server to generate the SQL into a .sql file scripting object changes such as stored procedures, views, tables, columns, object level permissions, etc.. This class should take in a connection object and the path to the .sql file. It should then indicate success or failure (returning the sql server messages is better).
